Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm orders by phone before dispatch and may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, a price was shown in error, or we cannot verify the delivery details.

Prices

Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable VAT. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you place your order. The price confirmed by our system at the moment you place the order is the price you pay.

Payment

Cash on Delivery orders are paid in full to the courier on delivery. Please have the exact amount ready where possible.

Delivery

Delivery estimates are given in good faith and may vary due to courier operations, weather or public holidays.
